Quick Summary

The Campaigns page in Loyaltify allows you to define how your customers earn and redeem rewards through loyalty programs. It is organized into two sections: Purchase Campaigns and Redemption Campaigns.

Overview

Campaigns automate the reward process. When scanning a customer's loyalty card, the system uses the campaigns to determine:

  • How much the customer earns (Purchase Campaigns)

  • What the customer can redeem (Redemption Campaigns)

These campaigns are directly tied to specific card types (e.g., Stamp, Point, Discount, Cashback, etc.).

Purchase Campaigns

Purchase campaigns define the rules for how customers earn loyalty rewards when they make a purchase. For example:

  • Earning points or stamps

  • Receiving discounts or cashback

  • Increasing visit counts for memberships

Each campaign includes:

  • Card Type: Type of loyalty card it applies to.

  • Name: Label used to identify the campaign.

  • Amount: The actual reward given (e.g., Points X10, Discount 8%, Stamps 1).

Redemption Campaigns

Redemption campaigns define how customers can spend their earned rewards. When a customer wants to redeem something:

  • The staff selects the appropriate redemption campaign.

  • The system automatically deducts the required points/stamps/credits/cashback.

Each redemption campaign includes:

  • Card Type: Which card the redemption applies to.

  • Name: Reward name (e.g., Free Coffee, Product Two).

  • Amount: The cost of the reward in loyalty currency (e.g., Points 1000, Stamps 8).

Managing Campaigns

  • To create a new campaign, click the "+ New Campaign" button.

  • Use the card filter in the top-right to view campaigns for a specific card type.

  • Use the pencil icon to edit and the trash icon to delete a campaign.
