Quick Summary
Point campaigns reward your customers with points for their actions (such as purchases) and allow them to redeem those points for products or benefits.
Overview
There are two types of point campaigns in Loyaltify:
Purchase Campaigns: Reward customers with points based on their spending.
Redemption Campaigns: Allow customers to use their earned points to redeem items or services.
You can configure fixed, custom, or multiplier-based point systems.
How it Works
When a customer uses a loyalty card that is point-based (e.g., Point - Bronze), the system automatically applies the matching campaign configuration:
For purchase campaigns, the defined amount of points is awarded.
For redemption campaigns, the system checks if the customer has enough points and redeems accordingly.
Campaign types
Purchase Campaigns
Fixed amount: A specific number of points awarded. Can not be changed by staff.
Custom amount: Default amount defined, but staff can edit at the time of interaction.
Multiplier: Points are calculated based on how much the customer spends.
Redemption Campaigns
Fixed amount: A specific number of points required for redemption.
Custom amount: Default amount defined, but staff can edit at the time of interaction.
