Overview
Stamp campaigns work by granting a fixed number of stamps (usually 1) for each eligible transaction. Once a customer collects enough stamps, they can redeem them for a reward defined in a Redemption Campaign.
How it Works
Stamp campaigns work by assigning a stamp for each qualifying transaction and allowing customers to redeem rewards when a specific number of stamps are collected.
There are two types of stamp campaigns:
Purchase Campaigns: Assign a stamp when a customer makes a qualifying transaction.
Redemption Campaigns: Allow customers to redeem a product/service using stamps.
Customers collect stamps as they make purchases, and rewards are granted once they hit the redemption threshold.
Note: Stamps and rewards are displayed on the customer’s loyalty card in their mobile wallet, offering a clear view of progress and incentives.

Creating a Stamp Campaign in Loyaltify
1. Go to Campaigns
Click on Campaigns from the left menu and select New Campaign.
2. Select Card
Choose your Stamp-based loyalty card from the dropdown (e.g., "Stamp").
3. Choose Campaign Type
Pick either Purchase or Redemption based on the intent.
4. Enter Campaign Name & Description
Name: e.g., "Give 1 Stamp"
Description: e.g., "Gives 1 stamp per purchase"
5. Set Amount
Enter the number of stamps to issue per eligible transaction.
6. Save
Click Save to finish. Your campaign is now active and will begin issuing stamps automatically.
