Set Up Your First Loyalty Program

Setting up your digital loyalty program with Loyaltify is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps, and you’ll be ready to reward your customers in minutes!


Step 1: Create Your Store

Start by adding your business to the Loyaltify platform.

  • Fill in your business name

  • Upload your logo

  • Set your business location

Tip: You can manage multiple branches under one account after complete setup flow if you run a chain or multiple locations.


Step 2: Design Your Loyalty Card

Next, design your digital loyalty card to match your brand identity.

  • Choose a loyalty card type (e.g. stamp card, cashback, balance or coupon).

  • Under the Appearance section, you can personalize your card to match your brand:

    • Set a background color or upload a background image

    • Choose a text color

    • Pick a stamp icon or upload your own

  • Configure reward settings and initial points

    • How many stamps are required for a reward

    • Initial stamps granted when a new card is issued

  • You’ll see a live Card Preview on the right side as you make changes.

  • Click to expand the Advanced Settings section to access more customization options. These may vary depending on the card type and can include:

    • Card Expiration

    • Stamp or Point Expiration

    • Earning Restrictions

    • Card Layout Customization

    • Referral Program

    • Feedback & Reviews

    • External Links

    • Custom Terms of Service

    • Support Email

    • Barcode Type

Step 3: Create a Customer Form

Build a simple customer form to collect important details.

  • Add fields such as name, email, phone number, birthday or custom fields.

  • Decide which fields are optional or required.

  • Use this information to personalize offers and understand customer preferences.

Step 4: Generate Flyers and QR Codes

Make it easy for customers to join your program with in-store flyers.

  • Loyaltify automatically generates flyers and QR codes with your program link.

  • Download and print the flyer to display at your checkout, menu, or waiting area.

  • You can also share the QR code on your social media or website.

Step 5: Choose a Plan & Start Free Trial

You’re almost there!

  • Choose a subscription plan that fits your business size and needs.
