Overview
A Point Card rewards customers with a portion of their spending returned as store credit. This balance can be tracked and redeemed digitally, encouraging repeat visits. Businesses can also implement a tier system—offering increasing point rates to loyal customers based on how much they spend over time.

How It Works
Card Issuance
Customers receive a digital Point Card when they join your loyalty program.Earning Point
For each qualifying purchase, a percentage of the spend is returned as point (e.g., 5%).Redeeming Credit
Customers can use their accumulated credit on future purchases. You can set minimum or maximum redemption rules.Tier Progression (Optional)

Creating a Point Card in Loyaltify
1. Basic Information
Navigate to Loyalty Cards → click New Loyalty Card → enter:
Card Name: Assign a name to the card
Loyalty Card Type: Choose
Point
2. Appearance
Customize the design of your card:
Background Color or upload a Background Image (1140 × 435px recommended)
Choose a Text Color that’s visible and brand-aligned
The Card Preview updates in real time on the right
3. Initial Balance
Bonus Balance: Optionally reward new signups with bonus credit.
Advanced Settings
Click the Advanced Settings toggle to access optional settings and layout customization.
Card Expiration
Choose how long your loyalty card stays valid:
Selected Date: Expires on a chosen date (e.g., Dec 31, 2025)
Card Issue Date: Expires X days/months/years after card issuance
Point Expiration
Set an expiration for individual points:
Fixed: All points expire on a specific date
Relative: Each points expires based on when it was earned (e.g., 12 months later)
Earning Restriction
Limit point earning frequency:
Time-Based Limits: Restrict the number of earning within a specific timeframe (e.g., max 3 sessions per week).
Layout Customization
Edit the card’s layout by customizing the header, left, and right fields:

Valid Until (If card expiration enabled)
Tier Program
Each tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold) must be created and designed as a separate card. Start by setting up the highest tier first—this allows you to link lower tiers by defining how many points are needed to move up.
Once a customer reaches the required point threshold, their wallet card is automatically upgraded to the new tier, ensuring a seamless experience.
Referral Program
Encourage word-of-mouth growth:
Choose when rewards are granted (on signup or use)
Set reward for both referrer and referee

Tip: Use QR unless you're integrating with a specific barcode scanner.

Campaign Customization
From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns to view and edit your purchase and redemption rules.
Each card is preloaded with default campaign logic, which you can fully customize to match your specific business needs—such as point multiplier and earning conditions.
Final Step: Link to a Form
