Referral Program not only helps you grow your customer base organically, but also strengthens loyalty by turning your best customers into active promoters of your business. With just a simple link, they can share your program with friends, family, or colleagues and both sides benefit when the referral is completed.
1. Enable the Referral Program
Go to your Card settings.
Scroll down to Advanced Settings.
Toggle Enable Referral Program.
Configure when the reward should be granted:
When the referee signs up (they complete registration).
When the referee uses their card for the first time.
2. Configure Rewards
Set the number of points/stamps to be awarded:
For the Referrer (person sharing the card).
For the Referee (new customer joining through referral).
Note: The Referral Program only works with the following Card Types: Stamp Card, Point Card, Cashback Card and Prepaid Card.
3. Customer Experience
Once enabled, customers will see a Referral link in their card details:
On iOS
Open the card on the Wallet App.
Tap the three-dot menu (location may vary).
Select Card Details.
Click to Share the Referral Program
⚠️ Note: The referral option only works when opening the card from the Wallet app, not from Quick Access (double-clicking the power button).

4. How It Works in Practice
Referrer shares their link.
Referee signs up for the program using the link.
Rewards are automatically applied based on your settings.
That’s it! Once the Referral Program is enabled and rewards are configured, the system will automatically handle referrals for you. Customers can share their link, new customers can join, and rewards will be applied according to your settings.
