Quick Summary

The Cashback Card rewards your customers with a percentage of their spending, stored as cashback balance. This balance can be used like a digital wallet — either to redeem future purchases or trigger rewards. You can customize the design, add restrictions, enable expiration rules, and automate distribution via forms and flyers.

Overview

Cashback cards accumulate a balance based on how much a customer spends. Every time a customer shops, they earn cashback automatically. The card shows this balance in real time, and it can be redeemed manually or automatically based on your campaign settings.

Cashback programs are great for encouraging repeat visits and higher spending while giving customers a sense of reward without relying on stamps or points.

How It Works

  1. Card Issuance
Customers receive a digital Cashback Card when they join your loyalty program.

  2. Earning Cashback
Each time the customer makes a qualifying purchase, cashback is awarded based on the campaign rules (e.g. 5% of spend). This balance is stored on their card and displayed as a currency value.

  3. Cashback Redemption
Customers can use their accumulated balance on future purchases. You can set minimum or maximum redemption rules.

Real Example

🛍️ “Earn 5% cashback on every purchase — redeem it anytime you return!”
Cashback programs reward your best spenders while creating strong return incentives. Customers feel like they’re saving for something valuable each time they visit.
