Quick Summary

  • Prepaid service packages tracked digitally.

  • Deducts credit upon each redemption.

  • Ideal for businesses offering session-based services like yoga studios, spa centers, or beauty salons.

Overview

A Prepaid Card allows customers to pre-purchase a set number of services or visits, which are then tracked digitally. Each time a service is redeemed, the credit decreases accordingly. This system is perfect for businesses where clients buy packages—such as 10 yoga classes or 5 massage sessions—and use them over time.

How It Works

  1. Card Issuance
Customers receive a digital Prepaid Card when they join your loyalty program.

After payment, store staff adds credit to the customer by using scanner app.

  2. Credit Tracking
Each time a service is used, one unit is deducted from the card's credit.

  3. Credit Depletion
Once all units are used, the card credit reaches zero.

  4. Renewal
Customers can purchase a new package to replenish their credit.

Real Example

“Buy 10 massage sessions and track your remaining credit digitally!”
Ideal for spas, fitness centers, yoga studios, etc.
