How it works
To use SendGrid email marketing, you first need to connect your SendGrid account to Loyaltify. Once integrated, you can:
Select the loyalty card for the campaign
Choose Email as the message type
Select SendGrid as the provider
Define sender info, subject, and message
Schedule a date and time
Send personalized messages

Creating a SendGrid Email Campaign in Loyaltify
Navigate to Marketing in the left menu and click New Message.
1. Select Card
Choose the loyalty card whose members should receive the email.
2. Choose Message Type and Provider
Message Type: Email
Provider: SendGrid
3. From
Choose your verified sender email (e.g., [email protected]
).
4. Subject
Write a compelling subject line that drives engagement.
5. Schedule
Pick the date and time to send the message.
6. Write a Message
Use the rich text editor and keep the message clear and engaging.
7. Create the Message
Click Create to schedule your SendGrid email.
