Overview

Integrating Sendgrid with Loyaltify allows you to send Email messages to your customers directly through the platform. This setup only takes a few minutes and requires secure API credentials from your Sendgrid account.

How It Works

  1. Loyaltify uses Sengrid's API credentials to send email messages.

  2. You obtain these credentials from your Sendgrid console.

  3. You copy and paste this into the Sendgrid Setup screen in Loyaltify.

Creating a SendGrid Integration in Loyaltify

To connect your SendGrid account with Loyaltify, you'll need to create an API Key in SendGrid and paste it into the SendGrid integration modal in Loyaltify.

Follow these steps to generate the API key in SendGrid:

  1. Log in to your SendGrid account.

  2. Go to the Settings tab in the left sidebar (Step 1 in screenshot).

  3. Click on API Keys (Step 2).

  4. Click the blue Create API Key button (Step 3).

  5. Enter a name for the key (e.g., "Loyaltify") and select Full Access under API Key Permissions.

  6. Click Create & View.

  7. Copy the newly generated API key.

Then, in Loyaltify:

  1. Navigate to Integrations > SendGrid.

  2. Paste the API key into the API Key input field.

  3. Click Connect to complete the setup.

You're now ready to use SendGrid as your email service provider within Loyaltify.

⚠️ Make sure to keep your API key secure. If compromised, delete it and generate a new one in SendGrid.
