This article explains how to send marketing messages via Twilio SMS using Loyaltify. You can schedule promotional SMS campaigns tied to a specific loyalty card.
Overview
Loyaltify lets you reach customers through SMS using Twilio. You can send time-sensitive messages such as discounts, happy hours, or special events.
How it works
To use Twilio SMS marketing, you first need to connect your Twilio account to Loyaltify. Once integrated, you can:
Select the card you want to associate with the campaign.
Choose "SMS" as the message type.
Select Twilio as your provider.
Choose the sender identity (the "From" field).
Enter the message and schedule it.
Your message will be sent automatically to eligible customers. you want to associate with the campaign.

Creating a Twilio SMS Message in Loyaltify
Navigate to Marketing in the left menu and click New Message.
1. Select Card
Choose the loyalty card you want the campaign to be tied to (e.g., "Discount - Silver").
2. Choose Message Type and Provider
Message Type: SMS
Provider: Twilio
3. Select From
Pick the verified Twilio sender to send your SMS from.

By default the phone number associated to the Twilio account will be displayed.
Optionally - depending of your country's regulatory permission - you could ask an alphanumeric ID (e.g COFFEE SHOP) from the support team.
4. Schedule Your Message
Pick the date and time when the message should be sent.
5. Write a Message
Keep the message clear and engaging.
6. Create the Message
Click Create to schedule your campaign. Your message will appear in the list with its status.
