Overview
Integrating Twilio with Loyaltify allows you to send SMS messages to your customers directly through the platform. This setup only takes a few minutes and requires secure API credentials from your Twilio account.
How it Works
Loyaltify uses Twilio's API credentials to send SMS messages.
You obtain these credentials (Account SID and Auth Token) from your Twilio console.
You copy and paste them into the Twilio Setup screen in Loyaltify.
Setting up Twilio in Loyaltify
Follow the steps below to complete the integration:
Step 1: Go to Twilio Console
Log in to your Twilio Console.
Click the user icon on the upper right corner (1), and select Account Management (2).
Navigate to Keys & Credentials > API keys & tokens from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Locate API Credentials
Scroll to the Live Credentials section.
Copy the Account SID.
Copy the Auth Token.
Step 3: Paste Credentials into Loyaltify
In the Loyaltify dashboard, go to Integrations > Twilio.
Paste the Account SID into the Account SID field.
Paste the Auth Token into the Auth Token field.
Click Connect.
Once saved, Twilio is successfully integrated, and you're ready to send SMS campaigns through Loyaltify.
