Quick Summary

The Membership Card allows you to track customer visits without offering discounts, points, or stamps. It’s ideal for identifying loyal customers, verifying access, or offering exclusive benefits manually. You can customize the appearance, enable visit-based restrictions, and collect feedback.

Overview

Membership Cards are used to register and recognize customers as part of a loyalty or subscription program. These cards do not automatically provide rewards but allow you to track activity (such as visits) and manage access manually or through integration with your internal processes.

This card type is often used for VIP access, subscriptions, or check-in-only programs.

How It Works

  1. Card Issuance

Customers receive a digital Membership Card when they join your loyalty program.

  2. Usage

Each time a customer presents or scans the card, the system tracks their visit count. This is useful for maintaining internal records, validating access, or building custom reward triggers outside of automated stamp or point logic.

There is no automatic discount, stamp, or reward associated with this card.

Real Example

🛍️ “Become a member to access our exclusive lounge and track your visits.”
Membership cards are perfect for VIP programs, co-working space entry, private events, or any service where access is tied to verified registration — not purchase rewards.
