This article explains how to create and schedule Push Notification marketing in Loyaltify. These messages are sent to customers mobile and do not require integration with external providers.
Overview
Push notifications help store owners instantly engage their customers with real-time offers, announcements, and promotions. They are ideal for short, attention-grabbing updates and limited-time deals.
How it works
Push notifications are sent via the Loyaltify platform. To use them:
Choose the loyalty card your message targets
Select Push Notification as the type
Write the message and personalize it
Pick the delivery time
Save to schedule the push
Customers who have their card in wallet and enabled notifications will receive the message at the scheduled time.

Creating a Push Notification in Loyaltify
Navigate to Marketing in the left menu and click New Message.
1. Select Card
Choose the loyalty card whose members should receive the notification.
2. Choose Message Type
Set the message type to Push Notification.
3. Schedule
Pick the exact date and time when the message should be delivered.
4. Write a Message
Keep the message concise and impactful.
5. Create the Message
Click Create to schedule the push.
Troubleshooting
If your customer don't receive notification please ask them to check if they enable notifications.
Open the digital loyalty card in the wallet and click the 3-dot icon (shown as 1 in picture) and select notifications (shown as 2 in picture).
In my Manage Settings menu, turn all toggle keys on.
Customer gets all the notification now.
