Managing Customers: View, Edit, and Track Profiles in Loyaltify

The Customers section allows you to manage all customer data associated with your store. You can view, edit, or delete customer records, as well as filter by card type or search for specific users.


Customer List Overview

Navigate to Customers from the left-hand sidebar. You'll see a list of all registered customers with the following details:

  1. UUID — Clickable unique ID to access customer profile

  2. Name

  3. Email

  4. Phone

  5. Card (e.g., Cashback, Stamp etc.)

  6. Points

  7. Joined At date

Tip: You can use the search bar to quickly find customers by name, email or phone. Use the dropdown on the right to filter by Card Type.


Viewing Full Customer Details

Click the UUID in the customer list to open a detailed customer profile.

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Birthday

  • Current Points

➤ Transaction History

Every points-related action is logged and displayed with:

  • Date & Time

  • TypeINITIAL, MANUAL, SCAN, REDEEM

  • By — who performed the action (staff name)

  • Points — positive or negative value


Editing Customer Information

To update a customer’s data:

  1. Click the ✏️ icon next to any customer row to open the Edit Customer modal.

  2. In the Edit Customer modal, you can update:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Birthday (if enabled)

    • Marketing Consent

    • Points

    • Any other custom fields

  3. Click Save to confirm changes.


Deleting a Customer

To delete a customer:

  1. Click the 🗑️ icon on the right side of the customer row.

  2. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
