Home Screen
The app opens directly to the camera view, ready to scan a customer's QR code or optionally search customer by entering customer id. A square frame guides the scan area, and there's minimal distraction to ensure speed and accuracy.
This is the starting point for every transaction. Staff simply point the device at the customer’s digital card to trigger the next step — either awarding points or redeeming rewards.
Choosing the Action (Give Points or Redeem)
After scanning the customer's loyalty QR code, the staff sees the user's name (“Veronica”) and current balance (200 points).
The app presents two main actions:
Give Points: Used to award stamps or points based on active campaigns.
Redeem: Lets staff redeem rewards if the customer has sufficient balance.
Give Points
The screen displays available purchase campaigns, defined on loyaltify platform, to award points, stamps or balance to customer.
The staff selects one of these campaigns to grant the customer points.
Customers receive a push notification immediately after points or stamps are awarded.
Apply Campaign
Depending on the card and campaign type, staff gives stamps, points or balance to the customer.
Above example give points based on the purchase value (e.g., “Earn 10 point per 1€ spent”), the staff is prompted to enter the transaction amount.
The app calculates the appropriate number of points automatically based on the campaign rules. Once confirmed, the points are added to the customer’s balance.
Redeem Points
The screen displays available redemption campaigns, defined on loyaltify platform, to award customers.
Above example offers:
Free Coffee : Requires 500 points. Shown clickable and green, customer has enough points.
Free Cake: Requires 800 points. Shown unclickable and red, customer does not have enough points.
The staff selects one of these campaigns to grant the customer free product.
