Overview
Loyaltify's dashboard is your main control panel to monitor:
Total and active customer counts
Points issued and redeemed
Daily customer growth trends
Recent earning and reward redemption activities
Key Metrics
At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see four key performance indicators:
Total Customers: Number of all registered loyalty customers.
Active Customers: Customers who have engaged recently (e.g., earned or redeemed points).
Points Issued: Total number of loyalty points distributed.
Points Redeemed: Total number of points redeemed for rewards.
Each metric shows a percentage change indicator so you can track growth or decline over time.
Customer Growth Chart
This chart displays a visual graph of new customer signups and activity trends over time. It helps you understand your loyalty program's performance and engagement patterns.
