How It Works
Loyaltify uses Brevo's API credentials to sync customer data.
You obtain these credentials from your Brevo console.
You copy and paste them into the Brevo Setup screen in Loyaltify.
Setting up Brevo in Loyaltify
Follow these steps to retrieve and connect your API key:
Log in to your Brevo account.
Go to the User Icon tab in the top right corner (Step 1 in screenshot).
Go to the SMTP & API section in the left-hand menu. (Step 2)
Click on the API keys & MCP tab. (Step 3)
Click the Generate a new API key button. (Step 4)
Enter a name for your key (e.g., "Loyaltify") and click Generate. (Step 5)
Copy the generated API key.
Then, in Loyaltify:
Navigate to Integrations > Brevo.
Paste the API key into the API Key field.
Click Connect.
You are now ready to send targeted marketing messages using Brevo’s tools with customer data from Loyaltify.
