This is a suitable setup if you prefer to manage emails using Mailgun instead of the default Loyaltify mail servers.

How It Works

To use Mailgun as your email provider in Loyaltify, you must connect your Mailgun account using an API key. This key authorizes Loyaltify to send email.

Connecting Mailgun in Loyaltify

Follow these steps to retrieve and connect your API key:

  1. Log in to your Mailgun account.

  2. Click your user profile on the top right (Step 1 in the screenshot).

  3. Select API Security from the menu (Step 2).

  4. Click Create API Key (Step 3).

  5. In the dialog, type a name like Loyaltify for your key.

  6. Click Create Key (Step 4).

  7. Copy the generated API key.

Then, in Loyaltify:

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Mailgun.

  2. Paste the copied API Key into the API Key field.

  3. Click Connect to complete the integration.

Loyaltify will now use your Mailgun account to send all marketing emails.

⚠️ Keep your API key secure. If it is compromised, revoke and regenerate it in Mailgun immediately.
