How It Works
To use Mailchimp as your email provider in Loyaltify, you must connect your Mailchimp account using an API key. This key authorizes Loyaltify to send customer data to the Mailchimp audiance list.
Creating a Mailchimp Integration in Loyaltify
To set up the integration:
Log in to your Mailchimp account.
Click on your profile icon at the top-right (Step 1 in screenshot).
Choose Account & billing from the dropdown (Step 2).
Go to the Extras tab in the navigation (Step 3).
Click API keys (Step 4).
Scroll down to the Your API keys section.
Click Create A Key (Step 5).
Copy the generated API Key.
Then, in Loyaltify:
Navigate to Integrations > Mailchimp.
Paste the API Key into the API Key field.
Click Connect.
Now Loyaltify customers are synced to your Mailchimp audiance list. You can send email and SMS marketing messages through the Mailchimp.
⚠️ Keep your API key confidential. If it is ever compromised, revoke and regenerate a new one in Mailchimp.
